Every month, Tripod organizes a variety of employee activities, including low-carbon and eco-friendly health walks, swimming contest to relieve the summer heat, talent competition to reflect employees’ youthfulness, etc.
The Company has established many different communites, including basketball club, badminton club, cycling club, table tennis club, etc., allowing employees to develop their personal interests in their leisure time.
In order to understand employee status and provide timely feedback in response to employees’ opinions, the Company has established a counsellor mechanism, in which counsellors assist department heads in welcoming new employees after onboarding and conduct adaptation interviews with new employees to help employees adapt to their positions, thereby improving employees’ recognition of the Company. Counsellors will promptly process, respond, and track issues raised by employees so that employees feel that the Company values and cares about them.

Every year, Tripod makes routine visits to social welfare organizations to deliver warmth to the disabled, the left-behind elderly, and children. Tripod also actively engages in charitable scholarships, such as funding the construction of elementary schools and giving stationery to the less fortunate students while carrying out local support work to help free them from poverty.
